Wholesale Terms & Conditions

The following terms and conditions apply to wholesale buyers. It is within our sole discretion and, unless otherwise agreed by us in writing, shall be as followed:

Placing an Order

Please follow these procedures before submitting wholesale orders:

  • You must be registered as a Wholesale Buyer on our Peter-Blair Accessories website to make a Wholesale order.
  • To register for a username and password, please contact sales@peterblairaccessories.com.
  • Please be aware that our normal minimum order per item is a quantity of two (2). Please enter a quantity of two (2) when placing a pre-order using our swatch products.
  • Pre-order confirmations may be delayed for verification.

Shipping, Billing & Payments

  • In-stock items will ship out as soon as payment has been received.
  • Pre-order and back-order will ship out when merchandise is available or when the customer provides a requested ship date.
  • Pre-order and back-order transactions will be billed/charged after it has been shipped out.
  • If you are charged for an item that is sold out, the money will be refunded back to your account.
  • If pre-order items and in-stock items have been included in a single purchase with a credit card payment, only the in-stock items will be charged. Pre-order items will be charged upon shipment.
  • At the time you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation via email. We will charge the amount that is due, when the items are ready to be dispatched or you will be billed if you have net 30 terms with us.
  • Please be aware that because of the “pre-sale” nature of such transactions, you should expect a delay of approximately four (4) to six (6) months between the date you place your order and the date that the product is ready for shipment. If you order Products available for immediate shipping, you will be required to pay the full amount due, plus shipping fees and any taxes associated with your product when delivered.

Products and Pricing Changes

We are constantly updating and reviewing our products, and we may discontinue products at any time without notice. All pricing for products are subject to change. For all of our prices and products, we reserve the right to make adjustments due to changing market conditions, product discontinuation, manufacturer price changes, errors in advertisements, and other extenuating circumstances. However, no prices shall affect your purchase after you have placed your order.
